Effective from 16/07/202520 Sections

1. General Information

The online casino at g296.slonik.store is operated by Casinò ADMIRAL SA, Via Angelo Maspoli 18, 6850 Mendrisio, Switzerland (“we”, “us” or “the operator”). Casinò ADMIRAL SA runs a casino in the canton of Ticino under federal casino licence No. 2023-B-13. Casino games are offered online on the basis of the licence extension No. 2023-B-13-E.

The competent supervisory authority is the Federal Gaming Board (ESBK). The operator is a member of ACE SWISS Group.

If you have questions about these terms, your account or our games, please write to support@g296.slonik.store or use the contact form. We reply by e-mail.

2. Scope and Application

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between you as a player and the operator. They cover the opening and management of your player account, deposits and withdrawals, and participation in all games offered on g296.slonik.store.

By registering, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. The following also apply:

These terms are available in German, Italian, English and French. In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the German version prevails.

3. Player Registration

A player account may only be opened by a natural person who meets all of the following requirements:

  • you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity;
  • you are resident or habitually staying in Switzerland;
  • you are not listed in the register of excluded persons;
  • you play on your own account and not on behalf of anyone else.

When registering, you provide your first name, last name, date of birth, e-mail address, mobile number and your address in Switzerland (street, postcode, town), confirm your residence or habitual abode in Switzerland and choose a password of at least eight characters containing a letter and a digit. You must also set a monthly loss limit in CHF; a deposit limit is optional. Whether you receive information by e-mail is your choice.

Only one player account is permitted per person, and each e-mail address can be used for one account only. Your details must be true and complete, and you must tell us promptly about any change, such as a move. We may refuse a registration without giving reasons.

4. Provisional Account

After registration, your account is opened as a provisional player account. The following restrictions apply to a provisional account:

  • deposits are possible up to a total of CHF 1’000;
  • withdrawals are not possible;
  • real-money play is only possible once verification is complete.

Your identity must be verified within 30 days of registration (section 5). If verification is not completed within this period, the account is blocked until verification has been carried out. Any balance remains yours.

Only once verification has been completed successfully does the provisional account become a full player account, and the restrictions above no longer apply.

5. Identity Verification

As a licensed casino, we are required by law to check the identity, age and residence of our players and to establish whether they are subject to a gambling exclusion.

You start the verification in your account by entering the type of your identity document (Swiss identity card, passport or foreign residence permit B or C), the document number and your nationality. Our team checks your identity, your address and any entry in the exclusion register manually. If we need documents, we will contact you by e-mail.

Of your document details, we store only the document type, the last three characters of the document number and your nationality. Further details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Even after verification, we may ask for additional information or documents at any time where this is necessary to meet our legal obligations. If we find that information is untrue or incomplete, we may block or close the account.

6. Deposits

You make deposits through the cashier in your account. The following payment methods are available: TWINT, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard. All amounts are held in Swiss francs (CHF).

  • Each deposit may be between CHF 10 and CHF 10’000.
  • The cashier shows the amounts and conditions that apply to the chosen payment method before each payment.
  • While your account is provisional, deposits are limited to CHF 1’000 in total (section 4).
  • Your deposit and loss limits apply to every deposit (section 10).
  • Deposits are blocked during a game break or a gambling exclusion.

You may only use payment methods held in your own name or that you are lawfully entitled to use. Deposits by third parties are not permitted. We may refuse or hold back a deposit if there is any doubt about the origin of the funds or your entitlement to them.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are only possible once verification is complete. Payments are made exclusively to a bank account in Switzerland (Swiss IBAN) held in your name. Payments to third parties are excluded.

As soon as you request a withdrawal, the amount is reserved in your account and is no longer available for play. The request is processed by our team; you can follow its status in the transaction overview of your account.

Before making a withdrawal, we may ask for additional information, in particular about the bank account or the origin of the funds (section 12). Until we have received it, the withdrawal may be put on hold.

8. Player Account

The player account is personal and cannot be transferred. It may only be used by you and only for private purposes. The account is used to take part in our games; it is neither a bank account nor a payment account.

Keep your login details secret and do not share them with anyone. You are responsible for any action carried out with your login details. If you suspect misuse, change your password immediately and let us know at support@g296.slonik.store.

Your account shows your balance, all transactions, your account activity and your game history with the rounds played. This is also where you manage your limits, game breaks and the reminder of your playing time (Reality Check). Please check your transactions regularly and report any discrepancy without delay.

Amounts credited to your account by mistake, for example as the result of a technical error, do not belong to you, and we may correct them.

9. Account Closure

You may ask for your account to be closed at any time using the contact form or by e-mail to support@g296.slonik.store. A self-exclusion closes the account immediately (section 11).

We may block or close your account, in particular if:

  • you do not, or no longer, meet the requirements of section 3;
  • you have given untrue information or opened more than one account;
  • verification is not completed within the time limit;
  • you are subject to a gambling exclusion;
  • you breach these terms or misuse our services;
  • this is required by law or by an authority.

Any balance in a closed account is paid out to your Swiss IBAN once verification is complete, unless there are legal grounds preventing this.

10. Responsible Gambling

Gambling is entertainment, not a source of income. To help you stay in control, the following tools are available in your account:

  • Loss limit per day, week and month. The monthly loss limit is mandatory for every account.
  • Deposit limit per day, week and month (optional).
  • Game break of 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months.
  • Reality Check: a reminder every 15, 30 or 60 minutes showing the time since login and your balance.
  • Self-exclusion (section 11).

Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Raising or removing a limit only takes effect after 24 hours; until then, the previous limit remains in force. You can withdraw a requested increase during this period.

During a game break, deposits and games are blocked. A break cannot be ended early, but it can be extended.

We are required by law to identify signs of excessive gambling. We may therefore contact you, ask you for information and take measures up to and including a gambling exclusion. Information and sources of help are available on the Responsible Gambling page.

11. Gaming Restrictions

Persons listed in the register of excluded persons may not open an account or play. We check this during verification and compare against the register on an ongoing basis.

You can request a self-exclusion in your account at any time by confirming it with your password. The self-exclusion closes your account immediately. It is reported to the national exclusion register and applies to the casinos in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, both online and on site.

We are required by law to impose a gambling exclusion if we know, or must assume, that a person is over-indebted, does not meet their financial obligations or places stakes that are out of proportion to their income and assets. The same applies on the basis of reports from specialist bodies or social services.

A gambling exclusion is only lifted on application, once the reason for it no longer exists. A specialist body must be involved in the procedure, as provided by the Federal Act on Gambling.

12. Anti-Money Laundering

As a casino, we are subject to the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and to the due diligence obligations of Swiss gambling law. We are required to identify our players, to clarify unusual transactions and to report well-founded suspicions to the competent authorities.

By using the account, you confirm that the funds you deposit belong to you and do not originate from a criminal offence. We may at any time ask for information and evidence on the origin of the funds, your financial situation or individual transactions.

Until the necessary checks have been completed, we may refuse deposits, put withdrawals on hold or block the account. We are prohibited by law from informing you about a report to the authorities.

13. Bonus Rules

We do not currently offer any bonuses or bonus promotions. The Promotions section announces future promotions, and if you wish, we will inform you about them by e-mail. You can withdraw this consent in your account at any time.

Any future promotion will follow these principles:

  • the full conditions of participation are published before the promotion starts;
  • any wagering requirements and the period of validity are stated in advance;
  • participation is voluntary;
  • no bonus is granted during a game break or a gambling exclusion;
  • in the event of abuse, for example through multiple accounts, we may exclude a player from the promotion and reclaim bonuses.

The conditions of a promotion take precedence over these terms where they expressly deviate from them.

14. Game Rules

Our games are supplied by Greentube, Evolution, NetEnt, Big Time Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Playtech and Nolimit City. Each game is governed by the rules and paytables of its provider as displayed in the game. Some game interfaces are only available in English.

Play is with real money and only after verification is complete. Games without a monetary stake are not offered at present. Stakes and winnings are booked in CHF; the minimum and maximum stakes permitted are shown in each game.

The records of our systems and those of the provider are decisive for the course and outcome of a game round. A malfunction voids all plays and pays affected by it.

If the connection is interrupted during a round, the round is completed in accordance with the rules of the game concerned. The use of software that automates or influences play is prohibited.

15. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We use the data to manage your account, to meet our obligations under gambling and anti-money laundering law, and to communicate with you.

Where required by law, we disclose data to authorities, in particular to the Federal Gaming Board (ESBK) and to the register of excluded persons. You only receive marketing e-mails with your consent.

The Privacy Policy explains which data we process, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

16. Liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Otherwise, our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

In particular, we are not liable for:

  • interruptions or faults of the internet, your devices or your software;
  • delays or errors on the part of payment service providers and banks;
  • damage resulting from the disclosure or misuse of your login details, unless we are responsible for it;
  • restrictions of the service due to maintenance work.

You are liable for any damage we suffer as a result of a breach of these terms, in particular through untrue information or misuse of the account.

17. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including copy, graphics, trademarks, logos and software, is protected by copyright or trademark law and belongs to the operator or its licensors. The rights to the games are held by their respective providers.

You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the website and the games within the scope of these terms. Any other use, in particular copying, distributing or modifying content and extracting data from the website by automated means, is prohibited without our written consent.

18. Changes to Terms

We may amend these terms, in particular in response to new legal or regulatory requirements, changes to our services or for operational reasons. The version in force is published on this page together with its effective date.

We will inform you of material changes before they take effect, by e-mail or at your next login. To continue using your account, you must accept the new version. If you do not agree, you can have your account closed; any balance will be paid out in accordance with section 9.

This version is effective from 16/07/2025.

19. Applicable Law

These terms and all legal relations between you and the operator are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Particularly relevant are the Federal Act on Gambling (Gambling Act), the Gambling Ordinance, the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).

Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid. The invalid provision is replaced by a rule that comes closest to its purpose.

20. Jurisdiction

The ordinary courts at the operator’s registered office in Mendrisio, canton of Ticino, have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms. Mandatory places of jurisdiction are reserved, in particular the right of consumers to bring proceedings at their place of residence.

Before going to court, please tell us about your concern using the contact form or at support@g296.slonik.store, so that we can look into it and seek a solution. Your right to turn to the Federal Gaming Board (ESBK) as the supervisory authority remains unaffected.
