1. Minimum age
Gambling at Admiral is only permitted from the age of 18. You enter your date of birth when you register; if a person is under 18, no account can be opened.
During verification we check your identity against an official ID document. Only then can you play for real money and withdraw winnings.
Your account is personal. If you share a device with others, log out after playing and do not save your password in the browser.
2. Player protection
As a casino holding a federal licence, Casinò ADMIRAL SA is required by the Gambling Act to protect players from excessive gambling. The tools for this are a fixed part of every account, and you can set them yourself at any time in your account:
- Limits: deposit and loss limits per day, week and month.
- Game break: from 1 day to 6 months.
- Self-exclusion: closes the account and is reported to the exclusion register.
- Reality Check: reminders of your playing time and balance.
- History: transactions and account activity at a glance.
Only stake money you can afford to lose, and never treat gambling as a source of income.
3. Early detection
Problem gambling often develops gradually. The Gambling Act therefore requires casinos to detect risks early: if an account shows signs of risky play, we contact you by e-mail and take the measures the law provides for, up to and including an exclusion.
Watch out for warning signs yourself:
- You play for longer or with higher amounts than you planned.
- You try to win back losses by playing on.
- You keep raising your limits.
- Thoughts about gambling follow you into everyday life.
If any of this sounds familiar, lower limits or a game break are a good first step.
4. Deposit limits
A deposit limit sets the maximum amount you can pay into your gaming account per day, week or month. You can set a monthly limit when you register; all limits are managed in your account under «Limits».
- A reduction applies immediately.
- An increase or removal only takes effect after 24 hours; until then the previous limit stays in force.
- You can withdraw a pending increase during this time.
Regardless of your limits, each deposit must be between CHF 10 and CHF 10’000. Before verification, no more than CHF 1’000 in total is possible.
5. Loss limits
A loss limit caps how much money you can lose within a given period. At Admiral a monthly loss limit is mandatory: you set it when you register. You can add daily and weekly limits as well.
The same rule applies here: reductions take effect immediately, increases and removals only after 24 hours. The waiting time is deliberate, so that the decision is not made in the heat of the moment.
Choose an amount that fits your budget and adjust it in your account under «Limits» if your circumstances change.
6. Game break
If you need some distance, set a game break in your account under «Break & exclusion». You can choose 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months.
- During the break, deposits and games are blocked.
- The break cannot be ended early.
- You can extend it at any time.
If you find that a time-limited break is not enough, self-exclusion is the next step.
7. Self-exclusion
Self-exclusion is meant for when you no longer want to gamble. You request it in your account under «Break & exclusion» and confirm the request with your password.
- Your account is closed immediately.
- The exclusion is reported to the national exclusion register.
- It applies to the relevant casinos in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
The exclusion is open-ended and can only be lifted on application (see section 12). If you have questions, write to support@g296.slonik.store.
8. Self-assessment
A short self-assessment helps you take an honest look at your own gambling. The ten questions below are based on established screening questions about gambling and are answered with yes or no.
Think about the last twelve months. Your result appears right after the last question, together with suggestions on what you can do.
Self-assessment: how do you play?
Ten questions about the last twelve months. Answer spontaneously and honestly; only you see the result.
Your answers suggest that your gambling is under control. Keep an eye on your limits all the same, and repeat the self-assessment from time to time.
Some of your answers point to an increased risk. Now is a good time to act: lower your limits, set the Reality Check to a shorter interval or take a game break. Talking to a support service can help you put things in perspective.
Your answers suggest that gambling is harming you or the people close to you. You are not alone, and help is available. Contact one of the support services on this page, for example Die Dargebotene Hand on 143. A game break or self-exclusion in your account gives you distance straight away.
This self-assessment does not replace a diagnosis by a professional. Your answers are evaluated only in your browser and are neither stored nor sent.
9. Reality Check
Time often passes faster than you think while playing. During a session, the Reality Check reminds you at regular intervals how long you have been logged in and what your balance is.
You choose the interval in your account under «Reality Check»: every 15, 30 or 60 minutes. The default is 30 minutes.
An overview of your transactions and account activity is always available under «History».
10. Gambling addiction
Gambling addiction is a recognised illness, not a question of willpower. It can affect anyone and often has consequences for finances, work, relationships and health.
Possible signs:
- You borrow money or sell things to gamble or to pay off debts.
- You become restless or irritable when you try to gamble less.
- You neglect work, family or friends because of gambling.
- You gamble to escape worries or a low mood.
- Several attempts to cut down have failed.
If you recognise yourself here, talk to someone about it. The support services below offer confidential help, to relatives too.
11. Support services
You do not have to deal with a gambling problem on your own. The services below offer advice, information and someone to listen, both to those affected and to their relatives. Die Dargebotene Hand can be reached around the clock on 143.

12. Lifting a gaming exclusion
An exclusion, whether you requested it or a casino imposed it, remains in place until it is expressly lifted. Under the Gambling Act this is only possible on application by the excluded person.
- You submit an application to lift the exclusion to the casino that imposed it.
- You show that the reasons for the exclusion no longer exist.
- A specialist body or specialist recognised by the cantons is involved in the procedure.
- The exclusion is only lifted once the application is approved.
Applications concerning an exclusion imposed by Admiral should be sent to support@g296.slonik.store. We will explain the steps and documents required.
