1. Data Controller

The controller responsible for processing your personal data on this website is Casinò ADMIRAL SA, Via Angelo Maspoli 18, 6850 Mendrisio, Switzerland. Casinò ADMIRAL SA operates the Casinò Admiral in Mendrisio under casino licence 2023-B-13 and offers casino games online under the licence extension 2023-B-13-E. It is supervised by the Federal Gaming Board (ESBK).

For questions about data protection, write to support@g296.slonik.store or use the contact form. The governing law is the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to a processing activity, we also comply with its requirements.

2. Personal Data We Collect

We process only the data needed to run the online casino, protect players and meet our legal obligations:

  • Account data: first name, last name, date of birth, e-mail address, mobile number, street, postcode and town, confirmation of your residence or habitual abode in Switzerland, and your password, which we store only as a cryptographic hash.
  • Settings and consents: your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, your choice regarding marketing e-mails and your reality check interval.
  • Player protection data: deposit and loss limits including scheduled changes, game breaks and self-exclusions.
  • Verification data: document type, the last 3 characters of the document number and your nationality.
  • Transaction data: deposits and withdrawals with amount, payment method and status; for withdrawals, the last 4 characters of the IBAN.
  • Activity data: a time-stamped log of account activity, such as logins and changes to limits or settings, and in future the game rounds in your game history.
  • Contact requests: name, e-mail address, subject and message, plus a hash of your IP address to protect against mass submissions.
  • Technical data: the cookies and browser storage entries described in the Cookie Policy.

We do not store card numbers. We do not ask for sensitive personal data, except where the Gambling Act provides for information relating to exclusions and player protection measures.

3. Purposes of Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • opening, managing and closing your player account, and logging in to and protecting it;
  • checking age, identity, address and exclusion status, as required by the Federal Act on Gambling (Gambling Act);
  • processing deposits and withdrawals and keeping your balance in CHF;
  • player protection: limits, game breaks, self-exclusion, reality checks and the early detection of at-risk players required by law;
  • meeting our due diligence duties under the Anti-Money Laundering Act and preventing fraud;
  • answering your enquiries and communicating with you about your account;
  • sending information about promotions, only if you have expressly opted in to marketing e-mails.

We do not use your data for other purposes incompatible with these, and we do not sell it.

5. Account Registration

To open an account we record your first name, last name, date of birth, e-mail address, mobile number, address in Switzerland and password. You also set a monthly loss limit and may choose a monthly deposit limit. An account cannot be opened without this information, because the Gambling Act requires it.

Only one account per person is allowed; an e-mail address that is already in use is refused. Persons listed in the exclusion register may not open an account. After registration your account is provisional: you can deposit up to CHF 1’000 in total, withdrawals are not yet possible, and your identity must be verified within 30 days.

You can view and update your details in your account. If you forget your password, we send you a link by e-mail; the related token is stored only as a hash.

6. Identity Verification

Before you can play for real money or withdraw winnings, we must verify your identity. In your account you enter the document type (Swiss identity card, passport or foreign residence permit B/C), the document number and your nationality.

Our team checks your identity, address and the exclusion register manually. If we need a document, we contact you by e-mail. We store only the document type, the last 3 characters of the document number and your nationality, not the full number.

Verification is based on the Gambling Act and the Anti-Money Laundering Act. We keep identification records for the duration of the business relationship and for 10 years after it ends, as the Anti-Money Laundering Act requires.

7. Payment Information

Deposits can be made with TWINT, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard. For each transaction we record the amount, payment method, status and time. Card details or the login details for your payment method are entered with the respective payment service provider; we do not store card numbers.

Once verification is complete, withdrawals are paid to a Swiss bank account in your name. We keep only the last 4 characters of the IBAN so that you and we can match the withdrawal.

Payment data is used for processing, bookkeeping, enforcing your limits and our due diligence duties under the Anti-Money Laundering Act. You can see your transactions in the history section of your account.

8. Gaming Activity Data

We log the activity in your account with the date and time, such as logins, deposits and withdrawals, changes to limits and settings, game breaks and self-exclusions. Once game rounds take place, they appear in your game history.

The Gambling Act requires us to detect at-risk players early. To do so, we analyse gaming behaviour, such as frequency, duration, stakes and losses, as well as changes to limits, and we contact you if there are warning signs. Where the legal conditions are met, we must impose an exclusion.

Self-exclusion closes your account immediately. It is reported to the national exclusion register and applies to casinos in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. It can only be lifted on application once the reasons no longer exist, with the involvement of a specialist body. Find out more under Responsible Gambling.

9. Cookies

At present we only use cookies that are necessary for the website to work: for login and protection against forged requests (CSRF), for your language choice, for age confirmation and for your cookie choice. In browser storage we keep your favourites, recently viewed games, a language hint and the reality check counter.

We do not currently use analytics or marketing cookies. Should we introduce them, they would only be set after you consent in the cookie banner. Names, purposes and storage periods are listed in the Cookie Policy.

10. Analytics

We do not currently use any analytics or statistics services. No usage profiles are created, and your browsing is not passed to analytics providers.

Should we use an analytics tool in future to improve pages and loading times, it would only be activated after you consent in the cookie banner. We would update this policy and the Cookie Policy beforehand and name the provider there.

11. Third-Party Services

We share personal data only where it is necessary for gaming or required by law:

  • Payment service providers: when you make a payment, the provider of the chosen payment method processes the data required for it under its own responsibility and in line with its own privacy terms.
  • Game providers: when you open a game, the respective provider receives the information needed for the game round, such as a player identifier, stakes and results.
  • Exclusion register and authorities: we report exclusions to the national exclusion register as required by the Gambling Act. We provide information to authorities such as the Federal Gaming Board (ESBK) or criminal prosecution authorities where we are legally obliged to do so.

If personal data is transferred to a country without adequate data protection, we do so only under the conditions of the FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR. Our contact form works without third-party services, including its spam protection.

12. Data Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose or required by law:

  • account data, settings and the activity log for the duration of the business relationship and afterwards to the extent that statutory retention duties apply;
  • identification and transaction records for 10 years after the business relationship ends, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act; accounting records and vouchers in line with the periods of the Swiss Code of Obligations;
  • exclusion data for as long as the Gambling Act provides;
  • contact requests until your matter has been dealt with, unless they must be kept as part of the account file;
  • cookies according to the periods set out in the Cookie Policy.

When these periods expire, we delete or anonymise the data.

13. Your Rights

Under the FADP you have in particular the following rights:

  • information on whether and which personal data about you we process;
  • rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • deletion of data, unless a statutory retention duty prevents it;
  • data portability: release or transfer of the data you have provided to us in a common electronic format;
  • withdrawal of consent with effect for the future.

Where the GDPR applies, you may also request restriction of processing and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data required by law, for example on identification or exclusions, cannot be deleted during the retention period.

Send your request to support@g296.slonik.store. To make sure data does not reach unauthorised persons, we may ask you to prove your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, where the GDPR applies, with the competent supervisory authority.

14. Data Security

We protect your data with technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk:

  • The entire website is encrypted via HTTPS.
  • Passwords and reset tokens are stored only as hashes, never in plain text.
  • Changes in your account are protected against forged requests (CSRF).
  • We store only a few characters of your identity document and IBAN, and no card numbers at all.
  • Only staff who need access to personal data for their work have it.

Please help protect your account too: choose a strong password of your own, do not share it, and log out on shared devices.

16. Policy Updates

We update this Privacy Policy when our services, our processing or the legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies; its date is shown at the top below the title.

In the event of material changes, such as the introduction of analytics cookies, we will inform you in advance in an appropriate way, for example with a notice on the website or by e-mail. Where consent is required, we will ask for it again.
